One of the most anticipated new restaurants in Greenville is Jianna, chef Michael Kramer’s approachable, Italian-inspired dining experience opening soon in a beautiful new space overlooking Falls Park. At M. Judson, we’re putting together a Valentinesy Sit-Down Supper to celebrate.
Tickets include four courses, inspired wine pairings, and a copy of Ingredienti: Marcella’s Guide to the Market, by the late, great “godmother of Italian cooking,” Marcella Hazan. This beautiful collection of vignettes comes from the handwritten notebooks filled with her thoughts on what to do with the fresh produce used in Italian cooking. M. Judson’s Ashley Warlick will speak about Ms. Hazan’s influence in the American kitchen, Danny Baker from Advintage Distributing will be on hand to discuss the evening’s Italian wine pairings, and Chef Michael Kramer will introduce his vision for the menu at Jianna. From his start at McCrady’s in Charleston, and over his past three years with Table 301 in Greenville, Chef Kramer is known for his bold, fresh take on the kind of food you want to eat every day. (We’re especially looking forward to Jianna’s daily selection of oysters and cut-to-order Prosciutto di Parma.)
What better way to treat your sweetie?
