Good food loves good beer. (And so do we!) Executive Chef Gregory McPhee will fill our plates, and each of the evening’s courses will be accompanied with selections from Quest Brewing.

Canapes Surprise, served with an arrival can of Golden Fleece
First Course
Roasted Rye Chitarra, Shaved Brussels Sprouts, Preserved Lemon, Creme Fraiche, served with Sour Peach
Second Course
High Valley Trout, Brown Butter Pecans, Cauliflower Puree, Golden Celery and Herb Salad, Housemade Wine Vinegar, served with Pecan Porter
Main Course
Dry Rubbed Local Beef, Korean Sea Island Red Peas, Fermented Daikon, Mustard Greens, served with Coffee Stout
Warm Toffee Chess Pie, Buttermilk Ice Cream, Malt Crumb, Sea Salt, served with Belgian Quad
