Tonight we will be in conversation with Mark Powell, an author called the " best Appalachian novelist of his generation" by Ron Rash, and a writer "on the verge of greatness" by Pat Conroy. He will be discussing his new novel Small Treasons, in which Mark explores an American marriage on the verge of rupture, spinning an all-too-current tale of the world we live in and the world we fear—and how we may not be able to tell the two apart. The conversation starts at 7pm.
