Sunday Supper with Lauren Groff

There are at least two sides to every story, and Lauren Groff’s Fates and Furies reminds us of that in a beautiful, startling way.  If you’ve read the book, you’ve heard Lotto’s side, and you’ve heard Mathilde’s side.  M. Judson proudly presents Lauren Groff.  This is your chance to hear her side of the story. Chef Teryi Youngblood from Passerelle Bistro has put together the most glorious Lotto and Mathilde inspired menu.

Menu for the evening:
-Tropical ceviche— shrimp and tuna cured in lime juice with pineapple mango salad, avocado-cilantro oil, crisp corn wafers
-Pot luck 7 layer salad in a mason jar—greens, peas, bacon, soft-cooked egg, charred scallion, parmesan crouton, basil goddess crème fraiche
-Purple hull pea cassoulet with duck confit— tomato and roasted pepper coulis
-French vanilla tart—sour lemon curd, tart sweet cherries, almond crumb
